Ed Meakim (sales associate)
Ed has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors since 1991. During this time, he spent nearly three years as a mortgage specialist. He is currently serving his second six-year term as a member of the West Goshen Board of Supervisors. Prior to his real estate career, Ed was employed by PECO Energy (formerly the Philadelphia Electric Company), spending the majority of his career there as a company lobbyist in Harrisburg and Washington D.C. Ed is a graduate of Villanova University and served in the U.S. Airforce. Ed and his wife Helen, are the proud parents of four children and many grandchildren.

Gail Rader (sales associate)
Gail brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to The Gary Mercer Group. Prior to joining Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors she was Apprenticeship Director for Home Builders Association and site agent for Rouse Chamberlin at Exton Commons. Her knowledge of the industry has prepared her for serving clients with sensitivity to their needs. Gail and her husband live in West Chester and have four children. She is active in the community and church. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and golf.

Greg Quintiliano (sales associate)
Greg stepped out of the restaurant industry and into Real Estate, bringing with him unmatched customer loyalty, strong attention to detail and follow-through performance. Having owned a business, Greg understands the commitment to excellence required in order to be successful at anything. He is determined to help every single client achieve his or her own personal goals in buying or selling a home. Greg has lived his whole life in the Tri-County area and has a great deal of knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market. He holds a B.S. from Widener University and is a graduate of Schlicher-Kratz Real Estate Institute. He currently resides in Delaware County with his wife and two children.

Gary Mercer, Jr. (sales associate)
Gary Jr. joined The Mercer Group in the summer of 2005. Gary has been exposed to the real estate industry most of his life because many of his immediate family and relatives are in the profession. Gary graduated from Malvern Preparatory School in 1999. He went on to West Chester University where he graduated in December 2003 with a BSED in Elementary Education. Prior to joining The Mercer Group, Gary taught fourth grade at Perkiomen Valley School District in Collegeville. The skills that he developed in his teaching career are highly transferrable to his new career in real estate.

Sharra Mercer (sales associate)
Transferring from Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in Society Hill Philadelphia, Sharra has experience selling real estate both in the city and in the suburbs. She also has a background in new construction. Sharra uses her expertise and the resources available to her through the Gary Mercer Group to make every real estate experience a positive one for all involved. Sharra Mercer's dedication, strong work ethic and passion for the business contribute to her success and her clients' satisfaction.

Herb Schwabe (sales associate)
Herb comes to real estate after a forty year career in the information technology field. It has included working nine years for a real estate investment company that owned and operated over 250 properties from Pennsylvania to Florida. Subsequently he worked for a major food processing and distribution corporation for twenty-three years. Herb´s love for Chester County and its historical homes began in 1968 when he purchased an 1862 farmhouse in Westtown Township. After restoring it and raising a family there for twenty-nine years, he and his wife purchased and restored a circa 1860 townhouse in the Borough of West Chester where he lives today. In addition, he has been a Little League manager and was a volunteer for Brian´s Run (eleven years) and AJGA national championship (two years). Herb believes that, as a member of the Gary Mercer Team, his broad business experiences, his enjoyment of working with people and his knowledge of Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties will insure that his clients will receive the best possible assistance in finding the perfect home for them.

Mike Kelly (sales associate)
Mike joined the real estate industry in 2006 after a successful 34 year auditing career with the Federal Government. He is a graduate of Penn State University and also served in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoys working with clients in helping them with all their real estate needs. Mike and his wife live in West Chester and have two daughters. He is very active in the community and his hobbies include golf and working out at the local health club.

Bill Beazley (sales associate, associate broker)

Bill was born in Philadelphia and grew up in the Harrisburg area. Moving to West Chester in 1988, he attended West Chester University, graduating in 1992 with a BA degree in Sociology. Bill worked in the human services field with The Devereux Foundation, and obtained his real estate license in 1995 in addition to getting his broker's license in 2008. He has worked in real estate in both Pennsylvania and Ocean City, NJ where he also owned and operated a restaurant. When he´s not working to make each transaction smooth and worry free for his clients, Bill enjoys watching the Philadelphia sports teams or spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, traveling, or at the beach with family and friends.


Alison Rockwell  (sales associate, associate broker)

Alison is a real estate professional and an Associate Broker with over 25 years in sales and management, and experience in every phase of a transaction from contracts to closings. With an in depth knowledge of all aspects of the buying and selling process, Alison assists with negotiations and interfaces with all parties including the client, home inspector, property management company, lender, municipal personnel, and title company, always keeping quality client service the priority. Growing up in the Radnor area, Alison attended Penn State, and has practiced real estate as a broker in New Jersey and Florida. She has been with Prudential Fox & Roach since 2001 and currently resides in St. Davids.
